Special Event: ‘Changing the Game’ with John O’Sullivan

Saturday, February 6th, 2016

The Springfield Soccer Club is extremely excited to announce an upcoming speaking event to be held on the evening of Monday, March 21, 2016.

The Springfield Soccer Club in association with Flourtown-Erdenheim Little League (FELL) and Oreland-Wyndmoor Little League (OWLL) are hosting a night with John O’Sullivan.  John O’Sullivan is the founder and CEO of Changing the Game Project and author of the No. 1 bestselling books Changing the Game and Is it Wise to Specialize?

This event, which is free (no tickets necessary), will be held at the Springfield Township High School Auditorium on March 21st for all interested parents and volunteer coaches.  We hope to get as many people in our community to attend this important event as the purpose and mission of Changing the Game Project is to provide parents and coaches with the information and resources needed to create a player-centered environment, return youth sports to our children and put the “play” back in “Play ball!’

John will be hosting two talks that evening.  The first talk, which is scheduled for 5:30 PM to 6:45 PM, is geared towards coaches in all youth sports, but non-coaches are welcome too.  The second talk, which is scheduled for 7:15 PM to 8:30 PM will be geared towards parents of youth athletes.

For more information on the event, see the flyer below and check out John’s messages on his website, www.changingthegameproject.com

Please make sure to save the date — Monday, March 21st.
